It is human nature to want to get the most for your effort; hence, a bargain is a bargain in any language. As the popularity of the easysaver program escalated it was not shocking to learn that various ethnic groups felt left out when they could not find information that was related to the process in their native language? So to accommodate the many Spanish-speaking Americans the program officials proudly made a few revisions and updated their program for many others to take advantage of. The early easy saver complaints that were received relating to the language barrier says a lot about the human psyche. When people feel they are being left out in some way they immediately want in. This is true even if the program and the like, that the individuals have not been permitted access to or are included in is not a genuine bargain, etc. The simple fact that one has been omitted in some way seems to indicate that they are somehow not as important as someone else. This leads one to wonder what the actual easy saver complaints were based on. One could surmise that the problem was as much related to the lack of concern for all groups that may want to be involved in the program, as it was that some bargain shoppers were not treated with the respect they deserve in order that they too could save money.
Language issues continue to be a concern in the US and around the world. As more and more people travel freely from one country to another it is becoming increasingly common for single neighborhoods to be comprised of two or more ethnic groups, which may mean one neighbor will have limited communication with the next.
